Fruits or Vegetables

When you drive into California from Las Vegas they have an agricultural inspection station where they ask you if you have any fruits or vegetables with you. And they just believe whatever you tell them. What's the point of that? You know what I'm gonna do? The next time my brother needs to take a trip down there, I'm going to put a Yam in his glove compartment; just to see what will happen.

    we use to have the same in Australia every summer to see if you were bring fruit fly back with you from interstate same they just take your word always say no

    fruit fly inspection use to be every summer it was to see if the fruit had eny worms or bugs in them if you had fruit you had to put into the bins they had or as you drive before you get to inspec station eat allor therw out the window hope this helps you to understand whote Iam trying to say (PLUSE IAM A ROTTEN SPELLER)
